Mental Health Chatbot – Prototype

Introduction

Currently, this prototype has the following key features:

  1. A simplest version of the RAG local knowledge base search for answers – you can also upload documents related to Mental Health strategies to enrich the knowledge base on the RAG management page.
  2. Stress relief tools: Chat with the chatbot about stress-related topics, and it may provide some YouTube links to help users relieve stress (these are stress-relieving music and videos).
  3. Professional Help – In theory, when user mention “professional help” or “need human assistance” in a chat with the ChatBot, it should provide contact information for Professor DATU.
  4. Safety mechanism: If the chatbot detects that a user is discussing topics such as “death,” “suicide,” or “harming others,” it triggers a safety mechanism, prompting the user to contact relevant agencies to resolve the issue.
